Privacy Policy

HAAFT is the controller responsible for data processing on this website (see the Legal Notice for contact details).

Contact form: when you write to us via the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, message) solely to handle your enquiry, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Reservations: when you book a table, we process your name, email address, phone number, date, time, party size and any special requests to manage your reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This data is stored with our database provider.

Payment processing: reservation deposits are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never receive or store full card details ourselves. See Stripe's own privacy policy for details. If you choose PayPal at checkout, your payment details are additionally processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg; PayPal's privacy policy applies in addition.

Email delivery: confirmation and notification emails (e.g. for reservations) are sent through an email delivery provider.

Google Maps and YouTube: on some pages you can choose to load a map (Google Maps) or a video (YouTube). This content is only embedded after you click to load it; only then is data (including your IP address) sent to Google Ireland Limited. See Google's own privacy policy for details.

Google Reviews: the "Write a Google review" button links to a page on Google. Where configured, we retrieve publicly available reviews via the Google Places API and display them on this website; no cookies are set in doing so.

Cookies and tracking: this website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights: you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. Contact us using the details in the Legal Notice.
